Your data, handled with care

Bookings

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, stay dates and requests so we can reserve and prepare your room. Payment is processed by Flutterwave; we never see or store your card details. Booking details are shared with our front-desk team and our reservation records.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads tags to measure which of our ads lead to bookings. When allowed, data such as cookies, device and browser information and the value of a booking is shared with Google for ad measurement. We never send Google your name, email or phone number. Visitors in Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for their choice before any advertising measurement runs. Everyone can change their choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer — withdrawing stops further ad measurement immediately.
